NOAA SHIP HENRY BIGELOW REQUIRES A VALVE REPLACEMENT FOR AN AGED AND LEAKING VALVE ON ONE OF THE SEA STRAINERS IN THE ENGINE ROOM. THE ISSUE WAS ABLE TO BE MAINTAINED AND MANAGED IN THE PAST BUT AS THE VALVE HAS AGED THE LEAKING HAS GOTTEN WORSE.
