THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CORRECT THE OBLIGATED AMOUNT. EVEN THOUGH THE FPDS CAR ON FA852712G00222012 1F WAS CORRECTLY INPUT IT DID NOT DE-OBLIGATE IN MOCAS DUE TO A MODIFICATION ERROR. THIS MOD ADMINISTRATIVELY CORRECTS THIS ISSUE IN MOCAS.
