THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO OBLIGATE FY2020 FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,150.59 IN INCREMENTAL FUNDING TO CORRECT AN ISSUE AS A RESULT OF A FY2020 INVOICE BEING PAID WITH COVID FUNDS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PAID USING BASE PROJECT FUNDS.
