THIS ACQUISITION IS TO ENHANCE THE FRONTIER APPLICATION. THE FRONTIER APPLICATION A MISSION CRITICAL INVESTMENT THAT SUPPORTS THE FOLLOWING THREE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SEGMENT GOALS: (1) (SUSTAIN AND/OR MODERNIZE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SEGMENT INTEGRATED HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, AND SYSTEM SUPPORT), (2) (ENSURE THAT IT INVESTMENTS SUPPORT EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PROCESSES), AND (3) (BUILD ANALYTIC CAPACITY TO SUPPORT DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING AND ENHANCE FINANCIAL REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE ACTIVITIES).
