Description
OBSCURA, MISSION INTEGRATION, AND NETWORK-COMMON SUPPORT CONTRACT. THIS CONTRACT ENCOMPASSES A FULL COMPLEMENT OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES NECESSARY FOR THE AIR FORCE SPACE COMMUNICATION NETWORK. THIS CONTRACT ALLOWS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING SUPPORT FOR NEW AND EXISTING SATELLITE PROGRAMS (FOR BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL USERS), MULTIPLE SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS AND UPGRADES, NEW AND EXISTING REMOTE TRACKING STATIONS, AND OPERATIONAL COMPLEXES, AS WELL AS TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT WHICH INCLUDES MULTIPLE TYPES OF ANTENNAS AT MULTIPLE SITES AROUND THE WORLD, COMMUNICATIONS AND SCHEDULING NODES, TRANSPORTABLE ASSETS, AND ASSOCIATED COMMUNICATION LINKS.
