Description
THIS IS A CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING (A-E) DESIGN AND INSPECTION SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK AND NEGOTIATED FEE SCHEDULE. A PROJECT-SPECIFIC STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE INCLUDED WITH EACH TASK ORDER CONTRACT. EACH TASK ORDER WILL SPECIFY THE PERFORMANCE PERIOD AS NEGOTIATED BETWEEN THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AND THE CONTRACTOR.
