Description
THE PURPOSE OF THIS ADMINISTRATIVE MODIFICATION IS TO CHANGE THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE END DATE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY (NOT FOR FURTHER OBLIGATION OR PERFORMANCE PURPOSES). THIS WILL ALLOW THIS MIPR/CONTRACT/ORDER TO MIGRATE INTO THE NEW USCG FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. WHEN THE NEW SYSTEM IS OPERATIONAL, THE USCG WILL RESEARCH THE UDOS AND, IN COORDINATION WITH THE SERVICING AGENCY/CONTRACTOR, MAKE A DETERMINATION ON WHICH FUNDS CAN BE DE-OBLIGATED AND WHEN CLOSEOUT CAN OCCUR. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MIPR/CONTRACT/ORDER REMAIN UNCHANGED. THE SYSTEM PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS EXTENDED TO 3/30/2022.
