Description
THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO DE-OBLIGATE EXCESS FUNDS AND TO CLOSE THE CONTRACT. THIS APPROPRIATION IS 'CANCELLED' AND NO LONGER ACTIVE FOR DE-OBLIGATION. THE TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE IS HEREBY DECREASED FROM $8,911,898.13 TO $7,882,590.38. ALL OTHER TERMS REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
