FAR 52.216-16, INCENTIVE PRICE REVISION, SUBPARAGRAPH (E) AND ACO LETTER 08/08/25, ENTITLED FINAL PRICE REDETERMINATION. THIS MODIFICATION SHALL ESTABLISH A FINAL CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE FY'19 FPIF CLINS OF $107,595,205.15. THIS PRICE EXCLUDES FEE AWARD IN AMOUNT OF $85,284, WHICH WERE PAID SEPARATELY. THIS MODIFICATION SHALL ESTABLISH A FINAL CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE FY'20 FPIF CLINS OF $$118,274,813.93. THE AFOREMENTIONED CONTRACT PRICE DETERMINATIONS ARE FINAL AND NOT SUBJECT TO PRICE REVISION.
