THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE PERSONNEL, MATERIALS, AND FACILITIES (EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS CONTRACT AS FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT) NECESSARY TO DEVELOP AND INTEGRATE THE SAMPLE MANIPULATION SYSTEM (SMS) FOR THE SAMPLE ANALYSIS AT MARS (SAM) INSTRUMENT SUITE AND TO FURNISH THE ITEMS SPECIFIED IN SECTION B IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHMENT A - STATEMENT OF WORK.
