Description
TITLE- "REVOLUTIONARY AVIATION TECHNOLOGIES MEASUREMENTS AND MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT" THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TASK REQUIREMENTS:3.1 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DEVELOP ELECTROMAGNETIC CHARACTERIZATION TECHNIQUES THAT WILL SUPPORT RATB MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS. THE DETAILS ARE COVERED IN A SEPARATE DOCUMENT. 3.2 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DESIGN, DEVELOP, SYNTHESIZE, CHARACTERIZE AND INTEGRATE NEW MATERIALS TO ENHANCE PERFORMANCE OF AIRCRAFT AND AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS. THE DETAILS ARE COVERED IN A SEPARATE DOCUMENT. 3.3 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DESIGN, DEVELOP AND BUILD TEST FIXTURES THAT WILL SUPPORT RATB MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS.
