I AM THE REQUESTOR ON THIS PURCHASE. I AM THE ONLY CONTRACTING OFFICER AT POST (BACK UP IS ON LEAVE) AND I AM NOT THE ULTIMATE CONTRACTING OFFICER FOR THIS PURCHASE, AND I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN MOVE THIS PURCHASE FORWARD IN HOPES FOR SUMMER DELIVERY. WITH MY MANAGEMENT OFFICER'S APPROVAL, I APPROVE THIS PURCHASE. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE COMBINE WITH FAP ORDERS FROM EMBASSIES VILNIUS AND TALLINN. THE REGIONAL WAREHOUSE IS IN RIGA AND THEIR SHIPMENTS COME TO RIGA FOR STORAGE UNTIL NEEDED. PLEASE COMBINE WITH THE SUMMER 2017 SHIPMENTS. ATTACHMENT SHOWS WHICH HOMES TO PLACE FURNITURE.
