CONTRACT FOR SANTA ANA RIVER MAINSTREAM, LOWER SANTA ANA RIVER CHANNEL, SAR REACH 9 PHASE 4 AT ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. REFERENCE NO. R00010. WN016 RAISE M/H COVERS TO FINISHED BIKEWAY. TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE IS INCREASED BY $35,389.66. THE CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE SHALL REMAIN UNCHANGED BY THIS MODIFICATION. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT PURSUANT TO THE ABOVE, THE CONTRACT TIME IS NOT AFFECTED, AND THE CONTRACT PRICE IS INCREASED AS STATED ABOVE, WHICH REFLECTS ALL CREDITS DUE THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL DEBITS DUE THE CONTRACTOR.
