Description
1) EXTEND THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR CLINS 4001, 4004, AND IMPLEMENT CLIN 4013 WHICH REQUIRES THE VENDOR TO GENERATE A REPORT FROM RALLY TO SHOW ASSOCIATED WORK PERFORMED IN SUPPORT OF THIS CONTRACT ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS 9/15/21-01/07/2022. CLINS 4011 AND 4012 IMPLEMENT THE EXTENSION FOR CLINS 4001 AND 4004. 2) ADDING LOCAL CLAUSE PTO-37 THIS MODIFICATION RESULTS IN AN INCREASE OF $653,384.84 ORIGINAL: $16,438,538.82 CHANGE: $653,384.84 CURRENT: $17,091,923.66.
